When exploring ideas for the crewneck, I remembered the comments on the backpack design. The use of one color was also favored due to production costs. For the crewneck, I went with a rectangular shape with star motifs in the corners, giving the essence of a tarot card. The front would be a simplified version of the back since it would be much smaller.

In the Summer of 2022, I was asked to make another bag for the back-to-school giveaway. I struggled with this design and explored the many different ways the Student Union has been illustrated in the past. I thought, "How many times can we illustrate the front of the building?" and knew I didn't want to do that. I then thought about the interior, looking down from the top of the atrium, which felt like a kaleidoscope. Everything was symmetrical, leading the eye right to the Heart of Campus - the UCF seal. I ran with this idea and stuck with last year's successful aesthetic of a white line on a black bag.
